1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the Football Draft mobile application for Android (the "App") handles information. The App is published by Bandra Beheer BV ("we", "us" or "our").
Football Draft is an offline football squad-building strategy game. All players, clubs and match results in the App are fictional. The App works without an internet connection, does not require an account and does not collect personal data.

3. Information we collect
We do not collect, receive, store on our servers, sell or share any personal information. The App has no user accounts, no sign-in, no online features and no connection to our servers or to any third-party servers.
The App does not request any device permissions. It does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files or any other personal data on your device.
4. Data stored only on your device
To make the game work, the App saves the following information locally on your device, using standard Android app storage:
- The manager name you choose (optional, can be anything) and your game preferences, such as favourite formation, preferred tactical style, difficulty and display settings.
- Your game progress: completed drafts and squads, draft scores, simulated match results, experience points (XP), manager level, achievements and challenge progress.
This information never leaves your device through the App, and we have no access to it. You do not need to enter any real personal information to use the App.
5. Device backups
If you have enabled Android's backup or device-transfer features, your device's operating system may include the App's locally stored game data in your personal backup (for example, your Google account backup) or copy it to a new device. This process is controlled by your device settings and your backup provider, not by us, and we do not receive this data.
6. Advertising, analytics and third parties
- The App contains no advertising.
- The App contains no analytics, tracking or crash-reporting tools.
- The App contains no in-app purchases, payments, betting or gambling.
- The App does not share any data with third parties.
The App is distributed through Google Play. Google may collect information in connection with your use of Google Play (for example, download and installation data) under its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Deleting your data
You are in full control of the data stored by the App:
- Open Settings > Reset Local Data in the App to delete your drafts, matches, XP, achievements, challenge progress, profile and settings.
- Alternatively, clear the App's storage in your Android settings or uninstall the App to remove all of its data from your device.
8. Children's privacy
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. It has no chat, no user-generated content shared with others, no advertising and no purchases.
9. Security
Because all App data stays on your device, its protection depends on your device's own security features, such as your screen lock and Android's app sandboxing. We recommend keeping your device and operating system up to date.
10. Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws, you have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct and delete it. Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, we have no data to provide, correct or delete. All App data is on your device and can be removed by you at any time as described in section 7.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when the App changes. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. If a future version of the App starts processing personal data, we will update this policy before that change takes effect.
